Still looking guys I'm also considering TSW Bremma or other AMG-style wheels.

It has stock 18'' 5-spoke wheels with almost new Michelin PS2 tires like these:

Guys, I need your help. I found some wheels that were previously used on an E55 and need to know if they will fit my SL55. They are TSW Bremma 19x8.5 ET30 front and 19x9.5 ET35 rear. Anyone know?

What can i say yes and no . I wouldn't !!!!! for a proper fit you would need the most a 25mm F 30mm R off set on the SL. those wheels TSW will fit bu some how it won't look right would stick in little to much . And again is just my opinion

isn't standard sl amg wheel offset 30/33? so a 30/35 would be very close to a stock offset, or am i missing something? i have 35/40 on mine now with the oem sport turbine wheels

Yes that was the reason for the yes and no . when you go 20" if the off set isn't aggressive enough it just won't look right . I current have 20" rims on my SL with ET25 front and ET30 rear and had 30F & 35R MODA RIMS and didn't looked right for me .And like i said it before is just my opinion , i just don't like the look of it from the back , it sticks way inside rather than giving you that wide body look .

here are the differences

30mm off set current on my car


35mm off set before look how skinny and tiny it looks on the back
