Shipping

We do our best to ship each order the next business day once payment has cleared. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. The shipment’s tracking number will be emailed to the buyer the same day they are shipped. Delivery will take from 3-6 days depending on the buyer’s location.

what is your location? my company gets a great deal from UPS as we ship about 300 packages a day, do you think we can ship on my UPS number?

Do you refinish OEM wheels? I have the 10 spoke wheels off an 07 E350 and I never see anyone selling replicas of that style...

EFX1: The bolt pattern, the offset and hub size are correct to ensure proper fitment, the only question mark in my head is the 8.5" front if it will clear the suspension arm. You might need a 10mm spacer to push it out just a bit.

I have a 2009 CLS 550 with AMG package, staggered 18" wheels with 25 and 28 offsets. Your fitment charts don't include the CLS, is it the same as E or CL?

Hi Andy, we don't have these in 20" but we do have the S55 AMG 808 in 20" staggered 8.5/9.5

mmmikemo: These are the SL63 style but the fitment is not, the SL has an offset in the 20mm range, these are 35mm, which is stock for all Mercedes sedans/coupes other than SL. Having said that, these will fit your CLS no problem as it has the same wheel specs as the E class that is based on.

007ML500: Pickup is absolutely no problem, you will have a chance to see the wheels in the flesh, they really look awesome.

Your wheels are looking great and are fairly cheap but you know that old saying ( you get what you pay for) now would you have any feedback on them from customers as far as quality goes ? Your wheels in general .

Some excellent questions.
We have visited many factories with various degrees of quality that we rejected right off the bat. We work with the best one that has all the production controls in place to ensure consistent wheels. They make wheels for Honda, GM and VW, so all our wheels use the same low pressure casting process.
All of them have clear coat on them to protect them from the road grime and brake dust. We have NEVER had an issue with our wheels. In fact we are so confident they will last we offer unlimited warranty for manufacturing defects and two year on the finish. It is hard to objectively offer any more on something that is so susceptible to outside elements that it would make it virtually impossible to prove any finish etching was not due to user neglect.

In addition, it is our responsibility to ensure fitment on your car. If for ANY reason the wheels don't work for you we will not only give you 100% refund including shipping, but we will also pay for the shipping back to us.

As you can understand we wouldn't offer such generous terms if we were not confident in our wheels. We try to offer the same service we would expect to receive as customers, it really is as simple as that :-)
