19" Staggered AMG wheels and tires - $1200 shipped
I just bought this set of wheels and tires from another user on this forum - AZIPOD. Here is a link to his original for sale ad: https://mbworld.org/forums/wheels-ti...ml#post4155764
This set was purchased and installed on my wife's E500 on Friday. She unfortunately only wants to keep her stock wheels/tires. Despite my best efforts to change her mind, it is a done deal... With that said, I am going to sell them for $1200 shipped to the lower 48. This is the same price I paid.
They are exactly as the pictures reflect. We put maybe 10 miles on them prior to leaving for vacation. We did have our detail guy come over and fully detail the wheels, inside and out. The backs of the wheels are as clean as the front. The wheels/tires are about as close to brand new as possible. The only items not included from the below pictures are the center caps but, my stockers fit perfectly. If anyone needs additional details or pictures, let me know.
Details:
Fronts are 245/35/19 on 19x8.5
Rears 275/30/19 on 19x9.5
Treads are at nearly new! (Less than 2000 miles on these tires)
All four wheels are in like-new condition with no curb scuffs
All four wheels equipped with TPMS sensors
Staggered setup for maximum performance
Fitment made for E55/E63 as well as other W211, no fender rolling, spaces, or mods needed.

They should fit. I checked online between the E55/E500/E350 and it the wheels show up as interchangeable with a C240/C320. Based on online wheel sites, they all show these wheels fitting E and C classes.

My online research led me to believe they would fit a W203 and that is apparently wrong. I'd defer to tell you to ask on the W220 forum or to check on tirerack.com to see if they show the same wheels fitting an S class that also fit an E class.

S55 won´t start after being washed
Hi,
I own an S55 which has a problem with the ignition. After heavy rain, the car won´t start, so I took it to garage and they told me I needed to buy a new gear module, wich costed me Eur970. After receiving it the technician told me it needed to come pre-configured from the factory for this specific car. He can not tranfer the data from the old module coz it´s damaged.
Could you please give me ideas on how this could be solved?
The car now starts, but won´t shift gears.
thanks,
geraldo
