I am obsessive with my wheels looking new always so I replaced them over time. However currently I want to change since I sold my car and running them on a W212 E63 requires running smaller than stock tires (275/30/19 vs 285/30/19) in the rear.

I have a set of Niche Misano with Pirelli tire that have 800 miles or less 20 inch staggered that will fit your car perfect for $1500 if you like that style
Rims in pictures have been sold. I do have another set of just the REARS only if someone wants them. They are currently on my W212 E63 and I am swapping to the same thing except with less aggressive offset so I can put some larger tires on (hard to contain 700+RWTQ on just 275s).
So two 19x10 et40 Niche Essen M147s fit both W211 and W212 cars using stock lugnuts and no spacers for sale for $325 shipped in the US or $275 picked up
