Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think these spacers are designated as specifically for the front only, or the rear only... They can be used on either end of the car. In my case I was using them in front.

Would I be okay with stock lug bolts with 5mm spacer?

I would get new bolts to be safe, but you could test on your car first and see if you can thread the stock bolt in a good like... 6-7 turns with the spacers on. If it only does 4 turns or something then I would get new bolts.

That's a big NO (unless you want your wheels to fall off in the middle of a corner). Assuming that you use the spacers with your existing wheels, you need new bolts that are longer by the same amount (or a tad more) as the spacer thickness. With a 5mm spacer, you'd need 32mm bolts. With a 15mm spacer, you'd need 42mm bolts.

Slightly longer bolts than what you'd need are OK in the front, but there is only about 3mm of extra room in the rear of a W204 C63 before the bolts hit the e-brake assembly. After putting new bolts in, always try to spin the wheel by hand first and make sure it rotates freely without making any noises, then lower the car and SLOWLY - as is crawling speed - start moving with the windows down and listen for any ticking noises. If they are hitting the e-brake, you need to grind down the bolts - no more than 1mm at a time - until they don't.
