I think it should. U may need to do your research on offsets and wheel sizes that fits for w211. Might have to check the wheel thread for w211 to see any owners running sizes. Good luck

Sorry for asking the question without any research.
I got 2014 E350 with stock (5-spoke), non-AMG wheels. I love these wheels, however, what are the other stuff that needs to be replaced, when
1. Upgrading the rim diameter.
2. Going for Staggered wheels.
I'm actually more into getting a 17 or 18" AMG wheels from someone who upgraded (I can wait), I just got the car. Meanwhile I ran into your post and wanted to clear some doubts.

as long as its rwd E class you should be ok with staggered.
no need to replace anything. Just slapped this wheels on youre good to go.
