How does your car idle?
I don't if its just my car and if there is something wrong with it, but when I start the car the car doesn't sound that aggressive as I thought. One used car that I test drove sounded really mean when the engine turned on and also during idle. My car makes a noise but then quiets down very soon. It's idle drops pretty fast to 500, my cars that I owned previously took some time to drop from initial idling rpm to resting. Is this normal? What does your car do?
edit: Just saw another person's C63 start up video on youtube and it seems there is a difference between cold and warm start up. In one of his videos the start up is just like mine, a good but very short exhaust note and goes to resting idle quickly. The other one in cold start up his car growls like a caged monster. Is this what I could be experiencing? It has been a few days of 80 degree days here.

My Porsche 997 is the same way. Gives a great bark when its cold but not so much when its warm. Someone said it was some bypass for emissions.
