I know how to unlock your trunk if you lock your keys in your car
I have an '05 e55 and had my keys locked in my trunk. I watched the tech (roadside assistance ouch $107) unlock my car and get my keys from my trunk. Usually you need to take the car to the dealership to do this. I now know how to do it w/out the dealer and it's a very simple procedure. I just want to know if it's ok w/the mods to post a "DIY" on how to do this. AAA can get into your car but can't get to your keys if locked in your trunk on the newer models since the security system will lock you out of everything once the door is opened while armed.

4 wheeled car.
I'd say (and I'm not a mod) that you can post it since the procedure involved having access to the inside of the car anyway, so if someone is already in there, you have more to worry about than the stuff in your trunk
now when you say the keys are locked in the trunk, it's when you close the trunk and then LOCK it physically with the key? b/c why couldn't you just use the trunk button in the door to open it?

My alarm was armed, but I took something out of my trunk so I used the key fob to get into trunk. Then left keys in trunk and closed it

PFL205.064 with M276.823 (Oil pump solenoid defeated)
The method is a post above yours but I don't think it will be applicable to any of the new models anyways as there are a lot of technological advancements to anti theft.
