Your choices in that size are very limited. I'm kind of a tire enthusiast so I would have to suggest the Pirelli Scorpions out of all the ones available... they're on sale too! Not bad for such a big tire.

Too bad they don't have the Continental CrossContact's in that size cause that would be my #1 choice followed by the Pirelli's

I was considering going with 22" wheels but after noticing the very limited tire availability I decided to go with 21" wheels.
Post some pics when you get the mounted
Here are my Niche Essen M146 wheels 21x10.5 ET45 with Pirelli PZero 295/35ZR21 tires:

Still a little bit low for my taste.
I do not have the air ride suspension so to lower it any at all I would have to replace the springs and try to figure out the problem of aligning the camber, especially on the rear. Then the ride quality would suffer as well, not sure if I would like that or not.

Oh right...somewhat more difficult in your situation..very easy for me and to tweak just a simple twist of the turnbuckle = 1/4" up/down per rev...but I guess it doesn't really matter..

I know, wish I had that option sometimes
Just had them put on and maybe the suspension will settle a bit but I am happy with it overall the way it is. The ride comfort is actually better with this setup than with the 19" standard wheels i had.
