If the fan is coming on full speed when you have the key in on position, most likely ecu has locked up.

That's exactly what's happening the fan (in the front of the car) is blowing at full speed. Any way to get the ECU out of the lock cycle?

You cant. You will need to get in touch with OE. They should be able to do it.

They keep insisting that it's a voltage problem. I changed the batter in the front and I tried jumping the car but nothing happened! Now they want me to jump the rear battery (main)! I do not think its a voltage problem since the car had been running just fine the moment before the flash.

Check voltage at the rear battery(which is the main systems battery) front battery is for starting only. If you had the car on for awhile without charging it the rear main battery could be drained. If the rear battery is dead it shouldn't prevent you from starting the car. Unfortunately the ecu is locked, either its from you allowing the battery voltage to drop real low while installing the tune or the tune itself.

So i had a certified MB Tech look at my car and here is his thoughts (because it is not hooked to their Star Diagnostic system) Either my ECU or my ESP is busted or (Best case scenario) my ECU needs to be re-flashed. I (maybe) have to purchase a new ECU or an ESP module. knowing that i was going step by step with OE Tuning over the phone, this should not happen. I will have to take it up with them since i will be paying way much more than what the software cost me.

Ecu's do lock up occasionally when doing tunes especially with hand helds. I have seen this issue many times, the ecu needs to be unlocked or the file(tune) is incorrect

Thank you, I will have to request a tow service from my local MB dealer and they will have to install an adapter on my rear wheels to move the car because its parked by my pool in a narrow area away from the main gate... so this should be fun..........NOT in addition to the cost of the re-flash.... Kleeman All the way man... my brothers own 2013 G63, 2014 Ml63 2008 SL 65 Black series and all of them were tuned by Kleeman with 0 issues!! not to mention two C63's owned previously and also tuned by Kleeman. I guess i made the wrong decision here.

I'm sure OE tuning will take care of you in regards of the tune and ecu.

What was the outcome of your problem? I had same exact thing happen to me a week ago but was not doing tune on it. I was in reverse and car shut off could not get it in park and had same messages on dash and fan was the only thing going ecu reset it's self or something finally went Back in to park but had to jump battery to start now it shuts off for no reason while I'm driving it starts right back but keeps shutting off randomly

That is ridiculously dangerous!! I know you said "was not doing tune on it" but my question is: Is your ECU tuned? Is your battery new?
I suggest you go to a Cert. MB mechanic and have them plug it into their Star Diag. and let them pull out any codes.

Exact same thing happend to my E550. What I did was reconnect the tuneing device, load my stock tune into the car even with all these warnings coming up and restarted the car,and presto, everything was back to normal. Hope everything works out for you op!

UPDATE:
I just received my car from my MB Dealer and guess what? my bill was 1000 USD!!! Thanks to OETuning. They replaced both of my battery and 7 hours of labor!! Now who will take care of this bill because they failed to tell me on the phone while tuning the car that i have to have a battery charger hooked up to my rear battery?? No more ECU tuning for me. That def. put a dent in my budget

I feel for you op, except I don't think would mess with your battery. I know they told me that a low battery could potentially mess with tune uploading, but I don't think it would fry your battery. One question though, did mb find out about your tune?

I paid them off to pretend that there is nothing there and just let them re flashed the ECU. otherwise i am sure they wouldn't want to touch the car

OE Tuning C63 AMG
If you send your ecu to our US office for recovery it is always a free service we offer. As for a dealer charging that much to flash the car (a half day job at an MB dealer at best).... That price is way over the top.
