SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Do SL65's have spare tire?

Do SL65's have spare tire?
I'm considering a used 2006 SL65. Unlike other SL's I've looked at, this one doesn't have a spare tire and pump--only an empty carpeted space where these would normally be. This car doesn't have run-flats. So, did 2006 SL65's come standard with spare tire, etc.?

The 18 inch collaspible spare from MB DID NOT fit over the front SL65 brake caliper!!
I think it is stupid that there is no spare. Imagine how much you would hate to be far away from home or at night trying to find a 19 inch tire!! Or having to leave your car stranded on the side of the road at night in PODUNK...
I bought the 18 inch spare from the MB dealer that was supposed to be for both the SL55 and SL65 and NO GO!
It DID NOT fit over the front SL65 brake caliper! Never tried the rear...
I tried to find a 19 inch collaspible spare from MB but so far no luck...
Does someone have a part number for the SL65 spare?

Curious
They must have more than just a can of sealant--even if you could seal the leak, wouldn't you need a pump to fill the tire with air? I've looked at the owner's manual for the 2007 SL's, and there's reference to a collapsible tire and wheel for the SL65, as well as each of the other SL variants (different sizes for the 550 vs. the 600 and 55 vs. the 55 (with sport package) and 65). The manual also describes special straps for securing the version to be used on cars with 19" wheels. Is this a change from 2005-6? A mistake in the manual?

On my CLS 55, it has the 030 package which deletes the spare for the can of gunk with air pump. The reasoning behind this is that the LSD can not handle a donut spare and the trunk is not sized for a full size spare.

Run Flat Tires
I was told today that, at least in the case of this car, it came with run flat tires and therefore no spare. No mention of sealant or pump. But m_berman's explanation does make sense. Thanks to all of you.

old thread, the SL65 AMG does NOT come with a spare, and IMHO the slime/compressor combo is useless quick question....did you ever find a spare that fits over the huge brembo rotors and calipers?
