2013 AMG C63

AMG C63 is listed with the price of a clean, stock car, but it has several key upgrades.

If you want a fun-to-drive AMG sedan that can be had for a reasonable price, this 2013 Mercedes-Benz C63 might be your dream car. This sleek sedan is listed in the MBWorld Marketplace by “Sharkey LSU” and it is in incredible shape for its age, but more importantly, this AMG four-door has been upgraded to make way more power than it did when stock. It looks stock, is in stunning condition and it has aftermarket performance parts, yet it is listed for the price of a clean, stock C63.

AMG C63 Introduction

When the OP first posted his 2013 AMG C63 for sale, he provided detailed information on the factory features including option packages, along with the aftermarket upgrades. The seller also talked about the life of the car leading up to this point.

* Eurocharged Tune (includes handheld programmer)
* Genuine Black Series DRL shrouds
* SLS AMG steering wheel badge
* I will include the OEM roof rack and (2) OEM bike racks for an additional $500. (originally cost $450 for the basic roof rack and $200 for each bike rack)

Later on, the OP stated that anyone who is willing to pay the current asking price of $32,500 will also get the back rack setup for free. That is a benefit of another $850 for those who want to haul bicycles on the roof of their German sport sedan.

2013 AMG C63

For those wondering, the C63 came with 451 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque from the factory. The Eurocharged tuning package lifts the output to 540 horsepower and 494 lb-ft of torque. Those numbers do not include the air intake upgrades, so 540 might be a conservative number. The bottom line here is that this C63 has quite a bit more power now than it did when stock.

Great Car, Great Price

This 2013 Mercedes-Benz AMG C63 Sedan looks fantastic inside and out, but what about the price?

2013 AMG C63

According to Kelley Blue Book, a 2013 Mercedes-Benz AMG C63 sedan in the Houston area with 60,000 miles is worth roughly $27,500 to $32,150 in excellent condition. This car is in excellent condition, but it also comes with thousands in upgrades. The Eurocharged tuning software costs $999 and the handheld device needed to apply the tune is another $399. The ROW air boxes are $549 for the set and the high flow air filters are another $199. The performance upgrades alone cost over $2,000 and the bike rack setup adds another $850.

2013 AMG C63

While the OP is technically looking to get towards the top of the KBB range for this 2013 C63, we think that the car is worth every cent. If $32,500 is a reasonable price for a stock car in excellent condition, paying that same price for a car with significantly more power seems like a no-brainer for anyone in the market for a super clean C63.

"Before I was old enough to walk, my dad was taking me to various types of racing events, from local drag racing to the Daytona 500," says Patrick Rall, a lifetime automotive expert, diehard Dodge fan, and respected auto journalist for over 10 years. "He owned a repair shop and had a variety of performance cars when I was young, but by the time I was 16, he was ready to build me my first drag car – a 1983 Dodge Mirada that ran low 12s. I spent 10 years traveling around the country, racing with my dad by my side. While we live in different areas of the country, my dad still drag races at 80 years old in the car that he built when I was 16 while I race other vehicles, including my 2017 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat and my 1972 Dodge Demon 340.

"Although I went to college for accounting, my time in my dad’s shop growing up allowed me the knowledge to spend time working as a mechanic before getting my accounting degree, at which point I worked in the office of a dealership group. While I was working in the accounting world, I continued racing and taking pictures of cars at the track. Over time, I began showing off those pictures online and that led to my writing.

"Ten years ago, I left the accounting world to become a full-time automotive writer and I am living proof that if you love what you do, you will never “work” a day in your life," adds Rall, who has clocked in time as an auto mechanic, longtime drag racer and now automotive journalist who contributes to nearly a dozen popular auto websites dedicated to fellow enthusiasts.

"I love covering the automotive industry and everything involved with the job. I was fortunate to turn my love of the automotive world into a hobby that led to an exciting career, with my past of working as a mechanic and as an accountant in the automotive world provides me with a unique perspective of the industry.

"My experience drag racing for more than 20 years coupled with a newfound interest in road racing over the past decade allows me to push performance cars to their limit, while my role as a horse stable manager gives me vast experience towing and hauling with all of the newest trucks on the market today.

"Being based on Detroit," says Rall, "I never miss the North American International Auto Show, the Woodward Dream Cruise and Roadkill Nights, along with spending plenty of time raising hell on Detroit's Woodward Avenue with the best muscle car crowd in the world.
