A convertible SUV might well be on the way, according to Wolf-Dieter Kurz, Mercedes Benz’s sport-ute and sports car chief.

Based on these new spy shots we have, the SLC (née SLK) will be getting massaged, but nothing too dramatic is changing in the overall design.

According to CARFAX, the average amount of miles a person puts on a vehicle in a year is 15,000. Whoever owned this 1994 Mercedes-Benz E320 convertible certainly fell behind in driving it enough because it only has 72,220 miles. They obviously didn’t fail to look after its body and interior, though. Time machines exist – and they’re big enough to hold a car in them. See what I mean after the jump.

Between your next breath and the year 2020, Mercedes-Benz will introduce 19 new models. Eight of those cars will be redesigns, and the other 11 are plopping M-B into new territory. This Mercedes-Benz C-Class Convertible is one of the cars assisting with the plopping.
