We’re continually astonished by those select-few homologated cars that international racing organizations require manufacturers to build to allow them to go racing. Case in point: the Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR.

The stock model of the SLR is considered one of the best cars in the lineup of the luxury car manufacturer from Germany. The SLR was given a yellow and black color theme by Hamann. The vehicle, which was dubbed as Volcano, only has 1,118 miles or 1,800 kilometer on its odometer. It has a number of carbon fiber components while its interior was also given a similar color hue as its exterior.

That sound. Every time he hits the go pedal it’s like an angel gargles… Right before it turns into an outright roar. It’s easy to forget that Mercedes’ can be so raw because their street cars, while powerful, are demure. But when they hit the track… Achtung!
