Although I don't have an actual answer... I would say I highly doubt those parts will be directly interchangeable. Maybe with lots of modifications you could put them in.
My main question is why you wouldn't just keep it original? If you like one look over another, you're almost better off changing cars. The "interchanged" car would have very little value afterwards.

The positive answer is no you can't fit parts as they are,i've seen a car from southamerica the guy fitted the front headlighst (the newones with lens) from a 124 cutting and modifiying the wing but looks ugly to me there are some parts that you can but are mechanicals, shock absorbers etc, even full engines like 300d 6 cilinders fitted in a w201,you shoud check this forum mbfaq.com or mercedes-190.co.uk

Alright, well value is not an issue. Its a salvage title with almost 200k miles on it. The hood needs to be replaced, driver headlight is cracked, grill is bent, radiator bar /support needs to be replaced or pulled back out with a pull rod. Driver side blinker will not sit in securely. Value of the car is not my main concern lol. I was just curious if you could replace any of those items with w124 parts since they look similar.

Those are w201 headlights and i personally like them ,most likely if my numbers($) goes as planed i'll buy them ,don't know if black or chromed....if i do will be with the intention of fitting xenon in them i usually drive a friends car with OEM xenon is a big difference to SEE or guess that you see...
