US based dealers able to order Aero Package via parts dept?

Hey all,

Anyone know any dealers in the US willing to hunt down the parts from the AMG aero package? I’ve only found them on mercteil but will take a month to get that way. US dealers can’t seem to find the part numbers to order which is just insane to me.

Can you even attach the aero package spoiler considering the cars that didn’t come with the aero package have that pop up spoiler thing?

Serious question, not being condescending. I just want to know the process mainly since I’m sure you’ve done your research. I am considering a used GT63 and was wondering if you could add the spoiler specifically. Everything else should be simple.

Has anyone had success in swapping the rear spoilers out yet?

I asked the question and it’s been radio silence since. Maybe since it’s been a few months now someone will have an answer.

From a technical standpoint idk how it’s possible to put the fixed wing on a car with the active aero wing. I’m sure there’s a way to code it out or pull a wire so the wing stays fixed, which is kind of ghetto. But then the question is will it look good?

There is a member here who added an after market wing and disabled the auto raise function...

@Zmangt63 He will chime in and leave pics.

@Zmangt63 I think I just found on another thread that you just took the took out the two brackets that move the spoiler and drilled through the old one to mount.
Txs

Yes that is correct. Very easily reversible if I ever wanted to go back to stock. It's a darwin pro wing
