Don't worry about the hostility, they are just passionate about their cars and you have to respect that. Funny thing is, all the comments so far come from non GTR owners, maybe they were just jealous that you might get one.lol..

GT3 allocation (without a huge ADM) is already 'gotten'. It took all of three days. I guess my difficulty originally finding a GTR helped get my car-buying chops up to speed. The GTR is a beast; wish I could own both. Maybe sometime in the future I'll get one and sully its good name with aftermarket shift paddles

RobbieRob's Miami Blue photo up above looks sick. I just worry it might be too green/turquoise in person.

Chalk definitely has a small component of beige and just isn't motorsport enough for me.
Lava Orange would be my go to, but I just picked up the 718, before this came up.
So, Racing Yellow, followed by Miami Blue, unless I go PTS for some putrid shade of green

Of the two you're thinking of I guess we both agree on Miami Blue. I bet it would look good with Xpel Stealth matte film.
I would do a PTS color if I wanted to add 5 months to the build and $5,000 or however much it costs. But I don't want to wait that long.

Have you seen Gulf Orange? I like that one.

Almost matte filmed the Lava Orange 718, but it got rear ended while I was deciding and needs to be fixed now

Haven't decided yet. Either White, Chalk, or Miami Blue. I saw two chalk ones in person the other day and I really like it. But at the same time, kinda resembles old-man khaki pants. White is my go-to I think. I need to see Miami Blue in person. Build locks in March. Delivery in May/June. Hopefully earlier. People are reportedly getting 'em early.

And LOL do you really know the finances of the posters and if they could have got one but just didnt care to? Its a GT(S, R, C) board afterall.... maybe you need to read up on all his posts, questions, etc and understand why the responses are the way they are here and how much input was given to assist, guide, direct, and at the end of the day maybe some are calling out bullshi..t on the OP. Mine was more tongue in cheek and we have actually exchanged PM's too but still how do think this would have played on Rennlist if the same posts and actions then were reversed? It sure would be fun to see that mess.

Porsche doesn't have a dark grey color for the GT3. If they did, I would probably go for that. They have something called Agate Grey, which I thought I would like. But I saw a bunch of Agate Grey cars in person and guess what... it's not grey. It's brown.
