awesome, sydney star is just down from me, so ill stop by and get him to check over the car for warranty issues as it runs out in nov. i think ill get the xtended warranty as i have just had issues with my mk6 golf gti.
what have u heard the benz extended warranty costing? and for how long? 12 or 24 mths?

hi i got the MB australia 2 year warranty inc. when i purc. my vehicle great cover i understand it costs the MB dealer $2100 & is given with every vehicle under a certain age & Km. but was told it could not b purc.by a private person.
please let me know how you go.

ok, my manufacturers warranty finishes in nov, and i called up g bros. unfortunately, they do not offer extended warranty on amg and selected benz models. too much risk i guess.
i was thinking of using a thrid party insurance company, like allianz, etc. any experiences?

Allianz and swann won't offer extended warranty. Theyr obviously the best and underwrite oem extended warranty policies
However i have found 2 other companies that will provide extended warranty cover for varying time periods. They are also underwritten byi insurance companies. Ive read the pdf as has mybrother and i cant find any rrestrictions or obvious red flags. It looks like a legit option

2005 Mercedes Benz cls350
Can anyone recommend an independent specialist in south west Sydney. I live in Camden and drive a 2005 CLS 350. also have a 99 Jaguar xkr convertible. any one know of a good jag mechanic in the area.
