Question Does anyone have any pics of a Nav in a W202 (2000)?

I'm mainly looking at those installed afterwards (not from factory). I know Steve (on this forum) has the kits but I can't find anyone who has installed in a W202
(anything close in a C280 - 2000). I understand the kit leaves a small opening and just trying to see what the opening looks like (something I can live with or
build something to fill in). Thx.

Steve has lots of pictures on his MSN site. Head out there and you should find plenty of W202 pictures.

I did. I even checked out this picture and don't see any gaps. I think the fit is
just fine. A 1999 C43 has the exact layout as my 2000 C280. So, I'm not sure
what gaps there are. This is good enough a fit for me. I'll e-mail Steve.

Steve had done it several times before. The final result depends on whether you have climate control or just plain air conditioning.

Ask him about the steering wheel with pushbuttons and full information cluster, UHI phone kit and so on and so on.

...that is not the right picture to look at...

The missing GAP is due to the fact that the comand has an extended faceplate...

It doesn't look that noticeable from the pic. Are we talking about a gap under
1/4" as I can't tell from the pic?

Its one of those things you dont even notice till someone really makes a point of looking at it. I have seen it done different ways and I think it is normal looking.
