How to get MB star on my nav screen?

How to get MB star on my nav screen?
I have seen a few pics of this, and am wondering if it is possible to get the MB symbol and name to show on my nav screen in my 2000 S500. Any help is appreciated.

You might check with your dealer for a firmware upgrade.

2006 E55
Ask Steve MBenzNL. He programed my COMMAND to show the MB Star and "MBenzNL" when I turn it on.

E430guy, do you know what year your COMAND is? Is it US or Euro?

His is euro...but that doesn't make any difference...there are US and Euro updated CDs for every single comand...(except for some euro spec old 210 units that don't take the update CD)...

Steve E430guy mentions that you manged to program his comand to show the MB Star and "MBenzNL". If you don't mind me asking how was this done as I would love my comand to show my initials on startup?

It was a software related change...I bought that "feature" from someone who actually was involved in the engineering of the comands a few years back...it costs a bit though...

Steve when you say quite a bit, roughly how much? And If I bought this software myself is it quite easy to do?
