Where did you get them installed? Somewhere NYC? How much?
I want to put EURO COMMAND on my 02 C320 (non COMMAND equipped)..
BTW, I am in upstate NY.. I need some info about shop bad!!

What a nice job you did for your car. This is what I really want to do for my car too. Can you tell us more about how you did it? I have a US version command system and would like to put a DVD intergated to my command and the TV too. So, please give us a bit more info on it. Thanks a million !!

Very nice, if I had the newer year, with COMAND system I would have done the same. Unfortunately I have a 98 with a regular stock radio....instead I had to go all out.

How I did it
.........you have to use a European Command. The Us version will not work. If you want your Us one to be rigged to play DVD, contact BRABUS and ask for a guy called Andreas. Although there has been various claims, Brabus is the only group I can reliably tell you that I know have done rigged the US command to show DVD. Do not bother talking to anyone else at Brabus, they will tell you it is impossible.
You can get a German command from Megacomme.de or from german ebay. Make sure it is the model for your car. Command 2.0 is for CLk and 2.5 is for S class etc. Then you need a European MB TV tunner. There are no MB TV tunners made for the US market. You can get a European MB TV tunner by contacting a European MB dealer. I got mine from England. Problem is that the European TV tunner uses PAL signal and US uses NTSC. Don't bother to try a PAL/NTSC converter, it will not work because there is no way to connect it up to the Command.
Then you will need to swap out your US command for the German one and the TV tunner. Then you need access to a dealer that will let you use the Star diagnostics program to tweek your german Command to Us specs. This is very tricky.
...............yes this is very expensive and labor intensive. If you are still interested at this point, let me know and I will continue
