Figured as much. He was also selling a Valentine V1 with all the trimmings for $210, and when i mentioned local pickup he started pressuring me to ship it instead. When i said i'll think about it, he never replied again. And the day after he DELETED THE THREAD.

yes, the iphone he was selling, i sent him payment for $285 through google checkout, he never sent me an email with a tracking, kept saying it will be shipped next week, which is this week, and yesterday after emailling him a couple of times he replied at night saying it was shipped but he never sent me a tracking # even when asking many times. I filed a fraud complaint with my amex as well and they will see whats up. He claims to be a doctor but unfortunately i dont even think hes a high school graduate for doing this like this.

Credit card company said it will take 30 days to review the claim..... I am fortunate enough to be blessed that losing the money is not the biggest deal.... I plan to get this scumbag.... Anyone have any information on this clown? I will pay a hefty fee for the name and address of this d-bag....

dude im with you on that one, as he scammed both of us. I called amex and they said they will get my money back and they also told me that not to consider that charge as something i owe, just delete it from my memory.

not only that, when i asked him to send me a tracking #, he had the guts to say "i told you i will ship on monday, if you want i can refund and tehre is a lot of people willling to buy" what a fkin piece of ****. I hope hes reading this post, and if he is, i want him to know that hes a pu$$y.

Why dont you guys ask a MOD to look in the records and find out what IP he used. Then you can figure out who his service provider is, they will hav records of who used that specific DHCP address during the time the user was logged onto this forum. They will have his address, phone number and all his other info.
The best way to go about this would be to pull a WHOIS on the IP he used. This should get you to his general area and report him to that areas local police. They should have an internet fraud department and I am sure that they would love to take this case on especially after you guys have most of the proof they would need to convict this F**Kstick! Good luck slamming this lowlife!!
