Best color to go with Palladium silver
My wife wants to order her C Coupe in Palladium, but is not sure about the interior color. She wants Flamenco red, other options are black, sahara beige, and grey.
Any comments?

, lol......I ordered the car.....with burl and door sills.....
it came with NO sills, and the console is in piano black...
would have rather had the burl there too because it looks so nice there...
but whatever....doesn't effect the power, haha....
but it does slightly adjust the inside vibe a hair or two....
and to the OP, I meant I have the ash leather inside.....

LoL. When I wanted to order the red interior, the sales was extremely worried that if I don't like the car and won't take it, they won't be able to find a 2nd buyer. Just FYI, red leather will likely make it harder to trade-in in the future.
I ended up picking steel gray + ash leather myself.

I think it depends on the car, in my local parking lot there's TONS of bmw 3-series with red interior. I imagine when c-coupe is released it will be the same. I don't think it will be a tough resale color.

Anything but the grey will look good in my opinion. This would be my ranking from best to worst (Just my opinion, don't want to offend any ash owners )
Red > Black > Beige > Ash
Edit: Actually I haven't seen the ash interior pictures on the 204 coupe but it would be fine if the dash/carpet was black for contrast. If the dash and carpet were light grey as well, I think it would look boring if that makes sense.

I like the black too, though I like how the other color kinda break up the remaining black interior, creating a nice dual-tone effect.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed it'll show up with the grey/black contrast as the UK photo suggests.

Yea, that's exactly it. I specifically asked my sales if it'll have dark carpet/dash for contrast too. For the optional ash leather, dash's half black, door handle's black, back plastic of the chair's black, and carpet's dark too, at least, according to UK's Mercedes configurator. Strangely enough, for the free ash tex, the have a lot more greys (door handle, back of chair, and carpet are grey).

The two tone interior makes it look much more upscale. Here's a couple random pictures from google.

I'm hoping it'll come out closer to the 2nd photo in terms of color brightness (I think the lighter the grey the better looking, ignoring maintenance hell), but who knows. Yea, notice how one photo has a grey bottom-dash and the other has a black bottom-dash. On UK's Mercedes site, both tex/leather has grey bottom-dash I believe. I think I like the fully black dash more though.

I also like the full black dash more. It looks much cleaner.

Now that I look at the first picture more closely, I don't think it's the ash. The first picture might be the tan? That looks very similar to my friend's 2010 E350 with almond interior. Here is a picture that I took of his:

I would say red interior will look awesome with silver. I ordered mine in white with grey interior. I would have gone black on black but I already had c300 with that colour and wanted something different.
