Are they coming from miscellaneous plants around the world like the sedans?

AFAIK but not entirely sure specifically regarding the new C Class coupe, 'ALL' C Class variants and 'ALL' other MB models destined for Australia are of German build.

I've checked this with the MB dealer I'm dealing with and then also looked at alot of build plates and all were of German origin.

Again AFAIK most C Class variants destined to the U.S are of South African origin.

Not sure about other World Markets.

It really doesn't matter where they are built. MB have the same strict quality control procedures across all their manufacturing plants.

 

Apparently S.A and Vietnam MB factories take the honours
