You technically could but why? You would have terrible lag. You have a better chance to just put a bigger turbo..

Conversely, it is possible that the contrary is true. That by adding a single larger turbo you would have far worse turbo lag. It is possible that the best setup is a BiTurbo setup, whereby you have two turbos, one small and one large. This way you have low-end boost with minimal lag, but when the small turbo reaches maximum power output mid-rpm range, the larger turbo starts to kick in, giving constant boost and acceleration.

If my future mods go according to plan, I hop to add the "Bi" before my Turbo badge

Nice! Where did you get the turbo badge? If all my future mods go as planned i will have AMG carbon fiber spoilers, AMG Exhaust, JB+ Tune (already have), JB+ Intake, and the upgraded turbo, and mine will say C25 AMG on the back lol

Some subie owners have tried this before. The small one would be to tiny to produce much power and the big one could only be but so big to make power soon and run off two cylinders. The best option would be to build your motor and than add a bigger turbo

Correct !!! was going to answer along the same lines

Or even having 2 small turbos running in unisen would be a good and less complicated way to go, but IMO not worth the effort and expense either way unless you were real serious about investing big bucks into your car.

I'm wrapped our C250-CDI's are twin turbo set up as you've described

I got the TURBO badge on Ebay. Definitely don't get an ///AMG sticker, thats just posing. I was a bit on the fence about the TURBO badge, but its not posing because the car actually has one.

Well we got to see some tuning done on these before we start talking about adding bigger turbos. Hell we dont even know what turbo is on there right now, Ive heard its probably a borg. If so you dont need a new turbo you can just yank it out and send it in for a bigger compressor wheel or the next step up. The bottom line is we dont really anything about the car, not one company has come out with a real stage 2 package for this car, thats a ecu tune a wastegate and a downpipe. When these start coming out we can than start talking about bigger turbos.

Things that you need to find out about the engine before slapping a turbo on it. All we know right now about the internals is that the rods are forged. What about other things such as pistons etc etc. Do we even know if the turbo is a decent size but has some serious air restrictions? You got to find these questions out first. By the looks of it most people on these forums are not serious car guys. There more intrested in looks than power increase.

This statement is so true. The enthusiasts are in the AMG sections lol. Lets wait until some tuners start stage 2 before we look at bigger turbos or adding another one. I would be fine with a downpipe, bigger waste gate and exhaust that doesn't sound like a rice rocket.

Thats the sad part, Tuning original came around for low budget big power type set ups. The real enthusiast should be the lower end of MB

I mean were driving C250's with an inline 4 banger. There should be more mods available for a turbo car in this price range. I mean look at the options for 328/335's. They have downpipes, tunes, exhausts, intakes, anything you could want. For MB we have at this point a Tune and intake from one single company. Otherwise were kind of stuck.
