Looks the Vossen has finally come out with the 20x8.5 CV3's. I've been waiting on these. Looks good. I'm thinking of doing the matte graphite.

I know the conventional wisdom for some is that lower is better, but looking at "before/after", I like the original stock height better. As with many other cars I've seen modified here, the "after" looks like something collapsed and the car would be more difficult to maneuver at speed with reduced wheel travel. I remember when Lincoln had the Mark VII with air suspension. Sometimes, they would fail, and the car would drop onto its bump stops. The "after" photo reminds me of that, although the wheels are nice.

No mater you have to fill in gap in the wheel well. Even the first picture is lowered.

I think a 19" would be Bette. But I'm also asking why do you have to have no wheel gap?? I have a hard time messing with something that Franz in germany decided after a ton of r&d was perfect :/

~ less of a wheel gap gives the car a more aggressive look and aids in the aesthetic and handling dept...

a personal preference i guess.

If you are correct, this is quite far away from "have to" and moves closer to you can if you think it looks better and MB engineering got it wrong.
