Tough question..It all depends on your dealer. My dealer doesn't care that I am modded at all. I am leasing and I have changed my exhaust, rear diffuser (bumper trim), BMS Tune + intake, added spoiler and few other goodies. I have already did my 1st schedule service and have came back to the dealer a few more times for other annoying issues.

I have leased cars for the last 10 years and never had a problem with a dealer and my modifications... Well one time i was extremely lowered and asked for an alignment and they refused because my car was so slammed that it couldn't go up the lift ramps. You should be ok.

I have no problems with my car. I just wish the Lighting Package (Bi-Xenons) were available and not on back order when I bought my car in August 2011. Besides that I have no problems, and it fits my needs as a daily commuter to and from work, and occasional weekend runs.

If you can get a good deal on a 2013 I would make that move. Some of the members on the forum have went from a 2012 to a 2013 c250, and they have stated the transmission is much better on a 2013. Much more responsive.

If you want a v6 you can find deals on 2012 c350s now. Much better deals on c250s.

2013 C250 Coupe
You can get a good deal on a C250 coupe. I just bought one for my wife 3 weeks ago. I got just over 6k off the msrp of $44k. that included the holiday cash. I already lowered it on 19's. It looks great and is a great little car. It drives nice too.

Yeah the deals are great now. I was just at my dealer testing a 12 E550 4matic and my sales guy buddy was trying to talk me into informing people on their good deals on c250s. They have a 12 coupe on the showroom floor went from 44K to 35k new. He said iin April, the deals are even better. I can't wait for the new body style E class to come out and then they drop the prices of the 2012 E class sedans and coupes.

If my car was leased at dealership A and taken to dealership B for service, would dealership B make note in my "record" that I have certain mods on my car? As long as I don't take it to the dealership where I leased my car at, I don't see why dealership B would care if my car was modded or not... Is this correct?
