Driver Seat won't tilt forward enough

I own a Mercedes C-350. Ever since I owned the car I felt that the driver seat won't tilt forward enough. I found it annoying but never looked into it. Then my brother visited and drove the car and asked if the seat fits forward more. Then my wife said something to the effect of, "I wish the seat tilted forward more."
Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix for this?

Mine can hit the steering wheel. Are you hitting the ceiling? When I vacumn my car I lift the seat as high as it will go so I can get underneath it. The seat will not tilt all the way as it hits the ceiling. Make sure your seat is all the way down and you should have no issues.

I had the exact issue; it required the dealer to perform a software update (I'm not kidding)!

Since I was under warranty, there was no charge. However, I think all software updates are free as MB addresses any bugs/issues that develop. Good luck!

Same issue

Was this truly solved with a software update? My younger brother brought home a 2012 C250 Coupe yesterday and we had the same conversation (wish the seat would tilt further forward). It’s a really leaned back position currently and we were about to try and take the seat out. If anyone has experience with having this issue and it’s solution please let me know! Thanks!

Is this really a dealer thing? I just got a 2012 c350 and it seems that the drivers seat backrest doesn't tilt forward as far as it should. It wont even go 90 degrees it seems. All other functions work and it tilts all the way back as well.
