Hello guys
i new to forums i have opened this thread because i am going to upgrade my c250cgi coupe to get 300hp from it..
I will share all upgrades,costs and also pictures and dyno charts,problems etc..
here is the list to make it done
- original turbo upgrade (turbo dymanics limited UK)
- Vath bigger intercooler
- Vath downpipe
- custom race mufflers (i will order special custom build my local muffler shop istanbul)
- if they accept Vath remmap or i will find someone to get custom remmap done
- upgraded clutch
- Vath limited slip diff.
i hope i can success and share all information with you guys..
some people think why not to sell my car and get c63 amg here is the answer :
i live in istanbul turkey high tax rates with high tax fuel prices and hi tax engine taxes we have here
c63 is 330.000 euro here and because of its engine is big every year have to pay 11.000 euros for engine tax
but c250cgi is 30.000 euro here and engine tax is 600 euro per year..

Guys found out that c250 engine uses IHI RHF4 (japan manufacturer brand ) turbo and possible to get compressor wheel upgraded easly..
Planning to get %6 more air probably gains 20-30whp and with good remmap car can do more than 300hp with intercooler and down pipe and exhaust system..the problem is pistons might not handle that much power but i will also figure that out..first i will send the turbos for compressor wheel upgrade and get it done..

we have every mods possible in c250 by the way I also own the same car
we have hybrid turbo 300 ps
intercooler upgrades turbo muffler
everything what is possible we have also 4 channel pro tune box only box which can adjust fuel rail pressure important if you make exhaust upgrades also turbo soloniod valve

I have a 2013 C250 cgi, iv had a c63 507 edition hood, and sourced an OEM c63 quad exists and engineered it to fit removed second cat and had a xpipe to fit, now got a stage 1 cold air from burger Motorsport and had remapped ecu. Running no lag now. Runs hard but want to see if you found much difference in swapping out the clutch ? I need to get down pipes and wasn’t sure about the inter cooler as it will only add a slight gain.

nice car i am also planning to get c63 amg hood but original doesnt fit how did you manage to do it could you explain ?
getting chip is good but getting turbo upgrade is huge power and works perfect with upgraded intercooler and downpipes because when you upgraded turbo, %5 more air turbo produce so getting bigger intercooler and downpipes helps engine and turbo to get more air and makes it much cooler than original
i am not sure if it need clutch or not we will see it when i got everything done.will it slip or not we will see

Hello, I'm also planning to do 300+ in my c250, I have a few questions. Did you manage to do it and will the engine be able to withstand such power without choking?
