Amazon.com. Look at the list of secondary sellers listed on the right side of the Amazon page for the book because they often have it in stock and can ship faster than Amazon.com itself.

I have this book. How much did you pay for it? I am willing to sell it but only ship it in the US. It's a great tool just keep in mind its a UK release and is for right hand drive. but ive used it for many things.
