They are brand new but they come in a crummy box, and found these searching for some cheap springs for my C230.....

Public,

You posted in the other thread that you saw bilstein sports for $220 for all four?

Where'd you find that? I want to order.

I'll stick w/ H&R just cause the reviews are good w/ them as for springs. You can get them for $246 + $12 shipping on www.tirerack.com

Sounded too good to be true. Yah, I just read the other thread as I posted up the question.

Ok, on the hunt for Bilstein Sport Shocks for lower than $324 shipped.

thanks Public.

That's an excellent deal on those eibachs!!! If I was in need of springs, I would definately get those. Forget the H&R's!!! You won't be able to tell a difference. They are almost identical.

I have to second what Doug says here (but I won't do the crying that he seems to have taken up as of late).

I need to get the springs on a compression tester, but I think the stock AMG springs for CLK55, when cut, offer a higher rate than the H&R or Eibach. And if they don't, you can always move to E55 springs.
