Help me PLZ .... RPM problem w202 c280 1996

Hello to all

I have a problem , when I turn ignition on then turn the A/C on, the RPM playing between 5 and 10 (up down up down etc...) , but if the A/C stoped the RPM will be normal ,

also , when I turn ignition on then turn the A/C on, the RPM playing between 5 and 10 (up down up down etc...) , Until the A/C external 2 Fans worked then the RPM will be normal !!!!

I removed the blug for Fan sensor , withen 1 menute the RPM returnd to play (5-10 up down up down) , then I returned the plug for fan sensor the RPM return Normal way
I tried the Self-Diagnostic using Automatic Climate Control these errors had been appeard

232---> Refrigerant pressure sensor
421---> Engine Coolant blower motor control module

I tried to delete errors 323 (Refrigerant pressure sensor) Ok success
but 421 (Engine Coolant blower motor control module) can't delete

what are these componet exactly (Refrigerant pressure sensor - Engine Coolant blower motor control moduleule) and where it located in the car ? do you have a picture of it ? or part number ? does these component make the RPM problem ?

please any expert can help me

Note : my Car is C280 - 1996
Also i replaced these parts (oil + filter -- gear oil + filter -- thermostat -- i checked all fuses --- Fuel filter --- 6 Bosch Spark Plugs)

there is no problem of high tempruter or huge fuel consuming or A/C cooling or no car smoke --- the car is perfect

Thnaks 4 all

wow you seem to know alot about your problem, well documented post!
i dont have the answer to your question but something to check for, is check all of your tubes from your intake to make sure you dont have a vacume leak as this can cause surging, another thing it could be is your idle control built into your throttle plate/butterfly unit, ive read these can fail and cause your problem

im not sure, few hundred dollars american second hand,
i would reccomend geting those problems with the fault codes sorted first.
do lots of searching and reading around relating to your problem, as its quite specific you may be able to find it discussed before, i would search for the idle problem, im not sure if it is from your a/c? it may be just that the a/c puts more load on the engine making it try to compensate, also read around about a bad maf sensor

The compressor clutch is connecting/disconnecting in the same time with up/down rpm?! If you have a problem with the air conditioner (pressure too low or too high) AC control module disconnect the compressor and after some time try to connect again. Everytime engine control module try to modify engine rpm...Check A/C system presure...
