I'm 6' 6" (1.99 m). I couldn't fit in the back seat of my C220 if I studied yoga for 6 months!

i am 5' 6" and the car feels like the back of my E class while seated in the rear. My E class feels like an S class. and my dads S class feels like i am a goddamn 2 year old kid with my feet dangling from the seat!! there are true advantages of being a slight build!! i feel bad for you six footers because so many nice cars are limited on room.

5'5" here and I NEVER sit in the back seat of my OWN car! LOL! I sat in the back of my sister's 99 280 sport and it was horrible even for me!

What I have found is running the front seats forward to knees are almost to the dash gives piles of room in back. I had 3 guys that were over 220#, and one was 6' 2", in the back seat at the same time. There was a 6' 6" 240#er in the front. They all wanted a ride at the same time so non of them complained about the squeeze. I was actually surprised, the 36's performance wasn't affected as much as I thought it would be. I sure couldn't handle the driving position for very long though.

i'm 6 ft tall... never ridden in the back of my w202 though but I'm being told it's not that roomy... ridden in the back of alot of E300D since they very popular among european taxi drivers.... room is great but I still prefer to ride in front....

c class is small in the back, but compared to like a jetta or GTi its alot roomier. Its just bad when u get in the back and the driver thinks hes a gangster so he rides all low.

You have to realize that the W202 is a small car. It's 3 inches shorter than a Chevrolet Cavalier sedan, though it does have an almost 2 inch longer wheelbase.

Cavalier: 180.9 in (104.1 in wheelbase)
W202: 177.4 in (105.9 in wheelbase)

I'm 6'3" and basically nobody can sit behind me when I drive. But I do fit in the backseat if my parents occasionally drive the car (the scallops in the front seat backs help).

By the way, I find my mother's Jaguar S-Type to be nearly as tight in the backseat. But then again, Jags are not renown for their roominess.

(As you can see, I am really bored at work right now)
