How do you have the rear shock canisters positioned? They should be pointed outwards towards the wheel and not the center of the car. Here's a pic of correct vs wrong.
Wrong/external reservoirs should not face inward.

Correct way/reservoirs face towards the outside.

i have them pointed toward the Wheel caliper and the noise is coming from the Front End.. the noise i hear it if the car sit overnight and if am going low or high speeds over uneven roads bumpe etc..sound like something is knocking or shaking to make that Clunking Sound ...if am going like 20mph on Soomth road and i turn the Stearing wheel from side to side i can hear the knocking/Clunkiing Sound this only happens On Cold mornings after the car has been driven for like 30-45 mins the noise go away.
SDsilverM3: did you used spacers in the front in order to lower your front that low? what the offset of your wheels? cuz the lowest i can go is 2 finger gap in the front without making the Spring Purch touch the tires and i have a 5mm spacer on there my wheels are 18x8.5 38 offset tire 235/40/18 am thinking of changing to tire size 225/40/18

Look at what i found in the C32 Forum
The posted pics were taken during installation prior to final set up and lowering on to the ground. The rear shocks are both rotated so that the adjustment knobs face towards the rear of the car for easy adjustment. Facing them in towards the front of the car would make it very difficult to adjust. The rear shocks are not handed so you could in theory do this. As for the springs, they have been rotated many times since installation. I would agree that it would be best to put the thickest part of the bottom spring coil towards the outside which will give it the greatest surface area contact with the spring perch. It is very common after lifting the car the the springs don't seat properly and after some driving you will hear a huge clunking sound which is from the spring seating itself on the perch. I pull the spring with a strap at the same time I lower the car so I ensure the spring is seated properly. Under extreme driving conditions, I think the spring could lift out of its perch, as I have heard on a few occations the clunking sound you have described and attribute it to the spring re-seating itself.

My offset is +32 in the front with 5mm spacers. You'll have to get the offset to about +27 or so (10mm spacer). There was no possible way for me to get the desired drop I wanted without spacers. I also have a set of 10mm spacers in case I want to go lower but that hasn't happened yet.
The optimal solution is to get custom wheels and run 19x8's (or any 8" width) in the front. That way there is no chance of touching the spring seat.

I had that clunking noise when I had the stock suspension on the car. It was a bushing problem. Not sure if yours is similar. My rear squeaks occassionally and think it might be beneficial to get a set of clear sleeves to go over the spring coils.

i was reading your post in the C32 section that u had major Rim fitting problems with your KW v2 damn am thinking in the summer time when am ready to lower mines i may have the same problems.. but my must say the kw rides very nice.. in the rear i used the #4 spring pad but i cut it half so that the spring perch can sit flat on it.. so right now am at the lowest setting in the rear and the fender sits right above the tire not tuck.. i also order the new Style 10mm H&R spacer just incase am also going to change my tire size but i don't know which tire will give me a MORE Rounder Sidewall can anyone help with this please...

Do you have a little more info on the new H&R spacers? My friend is trying to get a set to fit on his C32 but they won't fit the hub. Thanks.

Agreed, my experience with Continentals was horrible in the rain. The car felt completely unstable at highway speeds. The Falken Ziex Ze all seasons have been great in the rain. So were the Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S all seasons, but those are more expensive and the sidewall isn't as round.
