The History of Drexappeal's Ride (9/1/09 Post 1309 - Nitto INVO Tires Installed)
But the drilling didn't appeal to me, and my tow-hook hole matches up

But I still love how the front of your car looks.

EDIT: Is that plate even legal mounted down there?
I mean, in CA, don't they have that stupid law where the specify that the license plate has to be a certain distance above the ground?
I've heard something about that. ie: You've gotten the same ticket so many times it's like you're incorrigible, and they give you a fat ticket 5~10 times as much as the regular fee, and let you just have it permanently... un-fixed.
I think I read about it under Tint violations, but plates... iono

I know that there is a fine increase for the ones you get at parking meters (if you just pay the fine) because the meter maids don't have authority to issue "fix-it" tickets.

Nontheless, I'll report back on my overall feel for the tires once I've had a little bit of time driving on them. So far, I've only put on about 50 miles and I like them a lot. As far as "look" is concerned, I've always liked the tread pattern of the Invo's since they were first released. Very unique. There is also less lip protection (which I'm not too concerned about) and they actually make my wheels look bigger (especially the rear lip).
Enjoy the pics.
They are asymmetrical and non-directional, which means I actually get to rotate from one side to another (obviously, I still wouldn't be able to rotate front to rear...LOL).
