Canada only - block heater

I think the blockheater on my 2005 C240 sedan is under the black cover in this pic. It is in front by the pulleys. easy to find and easy to unscrew with a pair of pliars. I did it very carefully expecting a gush of coolant. I did unscrew the cover and there are 2 pins... Presumably the cord attaches there. I will go to MB dealer tomorrow to find out

Is that the coupe or the sedan? Do you mind taking a picture of the entire engine bay and maybe drawing a circle on the area where the block heater cord attaches?
Cant really tell where it is from the pic youve attached.
Much appreciated!

the thing on the right is the crankshaft pulley..
the black knurled knob is the cover to the plug. It is very very obvious if you look down with a flashlight. I cannot help you any more if you cant figure it out at this point.. It may be very different on a 230 with a 4 cylinder engine. Sorry

The car started every single time without any issues whatsoever. Dont think you need to install the heater...I didn't.
