Take 10 PSI out of each tire.

bagwell, I personally like the 320 at the factory ride height. The tires fill the rear wells just fine at stock. Yes, the front wheel arch could be a little lower.

However, I recently scraped the lower bumper apron pulling into a parking spot and rolling up to the standard height concrete wheel block. (Damn that paint is THIN!) So, you can lower the front wheel arches, but it will increase the scraping problem at the bumper.

Given my experience, I think it's already pretty low in front. Just something to think about.

Try an H&R spring kit from Evosport.Com . Their prices are good (should be posted at their site)so it shouldnt cost you much to drop your car to a nice ride height. My friend has a C320 and he did the H&R drop and switched the rear spring pads to a #2 and the car looks perfect. Not too low but not too high either.

thanks for the info...

my friend has a 01 330i w/sport pkg and it seems to ride a little lower than the C320 and looks very good (to me).

I'm trying to get the C32 wheels as well as lower it just a tad.

Caution: I haven't tried this with a Benz...

I've been able to lower an Integra about 4 feet by backing it out of the garage and down the driveway. :p

bagwell, hope you understand I wasn't dissing your idea about lowering the car. All suspension mods come with compromises and you already were thinking about (possible) ride/comfort issues. I was just bringing up the low bumper as another compromise to think about.

Just feeling a little more PC today...
