2005 C200k with 265 000 km. Thought I had high mileage but seems I've got some way to go! Car works well, but timing chain and engine gear replacements are costly and the biggest reason I would consider selling mine now. (I've had 2 chain replacements and engine gears replaced once).

Did you replace timing chain yourself or paid a shop? If paid may i ask what was the price to do it?

I had the dealers do it. If I remember correctly, 2 years ago the chain was R 8 000. The timing chain together with tensioners and cam gears 5 years ago was about R 25 000. However, my father has the face lifted W204 C180. Just before his maintenance plan ran out at 120 000 km, he took it in as car was making an awful rattle on start up. Cost of that (at MB expense) was R 35 000 for chain, tensioners and cam gears. You would have though it would have been something MB would have sorted out after the problems on the w203. Haven't yet heard of any issues on the W205? Altough I suppose time will tell.
Only major issue is the exhaust. Apparently, there are no more components in stock. I am searching for an aftermarket option and all I have come up with is Magnaflow.
A bit late, but passed the 200k mark in December 2017.
Car runs perfectly other than the fading instrument cluster (anyone know a good source for replacement?) and the passenger side sunroof/window sensor, which I'll fix one of these days.
