I need a C230K Coupe mentor.
When I was a kid, I got a brand new 1976 Pontiac Trans Am. When I went to the dealer to pick it up, I met a guy from my neighborhood who had a 1973 in for service and needed a ride home. During the ride home, he advised me on a number of little details, like how one little spot was a perfect place to put your cigarettes (it was the 70's), how another was great to hide contraband (again, 70's), etc. Although he turned out to be a psycopath ("I like to keep a big butcher knife here in the carpet seam, just in case..." he said), his tips allowed me to get right at home in my new car.
I could use the same kind of fanatical input regarding my 2002 C230K Coupe, which is different enough from my W202 that I find myself with a number of NOOB-y questions. Anyone up for a few (presumedly just a few, hopefully not too annoying) P.M.'s?

MBWorld is a great mentor. Just do the following in the listed order
1) RTFM
2) STFF
3) If you still have questions afterwards make sure you include all the info you found through steps 1) and 2) in your post.

I would say that this whole forum is a great resource for any MB owner. There are some many things that I have learned in a short time from the people here, I could write a book about it. If I had known about this place befre I got my car there are deffinitely some things I would have done differently. And having this place as a resource I know where to go when I need to get mods (getting my DvD command nav this week!) Having said that I would say that drexappeal is a great guy for help and he always sends back PM's. ALso feel free to ask me anyting. I don't know much, but I do love researching info about MB's

I'd also recommend Carlos...for all things visual or AMG. Too bad Tom's not still around. Lastly, get an account over at MBKlasse. Its more Coupe friendly.
