What do you guys think?
The front suspension isn't finished (I am going to drop it some more)
And I have a Lorinser DTM kit at the body shop being painted.
The car has TV and DVD in it.
The car is in a BFGoordich tent bc it is fully sponsored for free tires!! (perks of building 6 other show cars).
And the car is 6 speed!!
Oh ya it is only 3 weeks old!

[quote]If you lower your car like with H&R springs, do you need to get a camber kit for the rear wheels?
I don't think they make a camber kit that would correct that much of a camber
How's your ride?? Are you able to make full U-turns??
None-the-less, Looks good

That looks good, although i'm not to fond of cars that have the fender overlapping the wheel
. It will look stunning once the Lorinser body kit is on there. Did you buy the old one which was just recently discontinued, or the new one?

c230 Coupe
in my opinion it would look realy nice just lowered enough so the tires arent hidden by the fenders. i really hate this look- save it for the low riders

Looks like the rear shocks are shot. Kind of reminds me of that funny picture of a VW overloaded with construction materials
Don't remember which website I saw it at.

IMO the fronts are low enough. I prefer the rears to be set higher, so you can at least see the upper arc of the rims. (You bought the 19s, why can't you see them in all their glory?)
In any event, my guess is you'll have to raise the rear if you intend to fit the Lorinser kit.
Nice color. This is a C240, right?

well... unlike alot of the people... it isn't too low for my taste... i love to see a nice benz tucking rim in the back... and anyone who follows popular car show circuits would not call this a lowrider b/c it is tucking a 19 inch wheel in the rear... this ofcourse would be because lowriders have 13inch wires and hydraulics... i live in miami and i can say i've pretty much seen it all (i don't want any cali guys sayin' that i haven't seen anything, i know cali is just as diverse or even more diverse than miami, but miami does have great variety of customized vehicles)... i'm a regualr at lowrider events and hot import night events and other shows around here. in my opinion.... scrape the damn ground, lol!

looks cool, what kind of wheels is that ?
its not some japanese wheel is it ?
I'm with xc240x, that is not too low but nice low
BTW: why are u guys asking if he is using H&R springs to lower that much ? Doesn't th H&R springs only lower around 1.5"
that looks like lower 3" to me ???

Since you asked for peoples oppinions, I'll post mine... The rear is waaaaay to low! My first thought was that it looked like an old Citroen. Sorry, just trying to be honest!
But hey, it's your car and if you're happy with it's looks, that's more than enough

Sure, I'll chime in. The rear is a bit low. I would raise it at bit and leave the front where it is. FWIW, I prefer the look of rally cars to import street rod set-up-- just to give you an idea of my taste.

Everyone is so concerned with the ride and height.
It rides okay actually, the suspension is CUT H&R Springs(ohhhhhhh).
The front we are going to slot the front struts at the bottom so we can drop the front without anymore cutting.
Everytime I post pics of my cars in forum I usually get the same negative comments, but then again the people who straight out tell me they hate the car propably don't get free part do they? This is why my car wins show and the rest of them pick up groceries with there stock ones.
Anyways I love taking cars you usually don't see fixed up and building them.
Here is a pic of the TV/DVD. Keep in mind the car is new and nothing is finished yet.

Sticky, i love your car, but i do agree the back is too low. The front is perfect so just raise the back a bit and you'll be all set. Then, i dont think you will have any negative comments becuz it will look awesome.
