Why not? 
There are a ton of new users ALL the time with the w203. They may not have seen an old thread before that discusses a topic they were looking for. This is the last year of the chassis, so a lot of information has been covered in the 6 year span of the chassis.
The "newest" information would be more related to the newer engines, but that's about it.
