Under the bumper, there is a crack between the front under panel and the back under panel. If you remove like 4 of those screws, you can actually fish your hand through that panel and take out the foglight bulb from there.
On the passenger side, you can actually reach down from on top of the hood to unscrew the foglight bulb. Then, there's a hole in the under panel that you can slowly drop the housing through. Change the bulb. Then pull it back up by the harness wires and re-insert into the foglight housing.
in the end... i did it blindly

Cost:
$152 discounted body shop price for the lamp.
45 minutes of figuring out how to remove the panel. (stupid plastic clips, ugh!)
You don't really have to put the car on a ram nor do you have to jack up the car. We got too lazy so we didnt' do it. We squeezed our heads under the car with about 0" of clearance to do the work. Giving yourself some more space would be recommended though. If you got a jack and stand handy, go for it.
Would probably take about 20 minutes the next time to do it. Depend on how fast you are at replacing the panel.
Im planning to buy new clear lenses (gathered info from the stickies) and put them on the original stock houses, but does anyone have a suggested sealant for these?
While the lenses are off the housing assemblies, I was thinking about buying some of that protective film for the lenses. Does anyone have suggestions/experience/advice about which to buy and use?
Thanks,

You're getting better.
