no.. according to the shop
they just painted right over. (they have experience blackening chrome/plastic/metal) on many Euro cars
If anyone wants to know
The store was Deutsche Tech Motors in Richmond BC, Canada
Paint costed $150 CAD
and Lowering with h&R Sport was $500 CAD
Both with tax included

I'm out all the time so it shouldn't be hard to spot me and my bf.
Although I do admit there's alot more girl C-Coupe drivers than before.
Do you know who's the owner of a silver C230K with exhaust and silver tint? The car is lowered but it looks like either CUPKIT, Cut Lowering springs, or coilovers... (super super low)

is the silver tint illegal in BC?
I just got a ticket for not having front licence plate, which i thought would be ok not to have it.
so i don't wanna get another ticket with silver tint if it's not legal.

I thought about it for a long time.
I know it's a Benz, but leaving the chrome star in the middle is just a bit too conceded... It almost stands out too much.
I figured if I don't like it, the paint will get knocked off by rocks in the near future anyway

The black grill looks great, I really like your car. But somehow I think the emblem on the hood does not match now when everything else is black. Is it possible to remove it on the coupe?
