I can’t seem to get a hold of them and it's worrying me.
I am border line pissed off actually and I am no longer giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will spare you the story for now.

trust me, i have my reasons but i rather not bring it to the boards. this is my last attempt to get a hold of them and i much rather not go into details here b/c they're great ppl and this is just bad luck but getting back to my temper > i left fro europe over 2 weeks ago and prior to that i waited on them for 2 weeks, it turned out they were on vacation and couldnt get online. fair enough. they then told me they would email me soon (so i'm thinking a few dyas max), i checked my email daily while i was away on vacation - which wasnt fun but thats another story for another day. so, close to 3 weeks later not one email. either they're too busy or they have forgotten about me.
they have my desposit and i have one order on hold from them but that is all i will spill.

Other than that, I hope everything works out. As Sunman had indicated, Steve is on his way to th US, so if you do have an install date scheduled, you can hopefully work it out with him when he is in the East Coast.

nope, not waiting on an install. i wished he would come to canada. again, i am NOT bashing them. they're great ppl. i'm just a little confused why they havent replied to me when they clearly said they would. i just want to finalize my deal with them. i really just want ppl to keep to their word. esp. when it comes to business.

As big in popularity as they've grown for installs, I see what Ted is talking about in terms of servicing people. It's getting more and more difficult for them to get back to people ASAP (especially with the time difference from Europe to the States).

Yes, one month is patient, but patient enough?...well, considering their reputation, the fact that they're good people and the fact that you ordered around the same time that the install trip was scheduled...I think they deserve all the patience in the world from their customers.
One way or another, you'll get your product. Like I said, I think you just placed an order in bad timing (install trips have to be #1 priority on their list because they have to make sure they get all of those people covered that require installation, since it's not exactly like Steve can just go back the next day).

it's not really an order. i want my deposit back from the defective head lamp i sent back to them. i had to give a deposit b/c i needed a replacment and wont send it w/o the money. they have had their lamp back for nearly 2 months now. go figure....



I saw Steve bending over backwards so far his nose was on the ground behind him helping you with a fingerprint on a headlight. That should have let you know he cares about his clients. Be patient.

but i think most of you are missing my point. i was told i was to be contacted shortly and wasnt and that worries me.

it's just my bad luck i know. but the fact of the matter is they have been emailing some ppl and i would think i am just as important. i mean a simple we will get back to you, anything! as soon as i got back online (monday) i sent them another email. either they didnt see it (i doubt that if they replied to someone hrs after they got his) or its in their spam (i doubt this too b.c i have emailed them from the same box and same addy before). i will try and give them a call tomorrow if they have a phone number.
