Stolen Sunroof!!!

ALRIGHT ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO I WAS AT MY GIRLFRIENDS HOUSE I HAVE A 2004 C320 I HAD LEFT THE KEYS IN IT WINDOWS DOWN. WELL I WAS LEAVING THAT NIGHT AND I GOT HOME DIDNT REALLY PAY ATTENTION BUT WHEN I GOT HOME O NOTICED THE SUNROOF WAS GONE SO I GOT REALLY PI$$ED UNBELEIVEABLY PI$$ED SO I CALLED SOME FRIENDS THAT HAD STOPED OVER BY HER HOUSE THAT NIGHT TO SEE IF ANYONE OF THEM TOOK IT BUT NONE OF THEM DID WELL LATELY AROUND HERE IT HAS BEEN RAINING LIKE CRAZY AND I HALF ASSED IT AND DUCTAPED SOME GARBAGE BAG TO IT THAT WORKED UNTILL TODAY FLEW OFF WELL TO CUT TO THE CHACE DOES ANYONE HAVE A STOCK SUNROOF FOR MY PIECE AND HOW MUCH WOULD U CHARGE ME OR DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET ONE FROM WELL LET ME KNOW THANKS

To get the sunroof back in you need to remove the front seats and the centre console. The reason is that the headlining has to come out.
Are you sure that the roof isnt just OPEN.

LOL, how & why, he said he left the car parked at his g/f's with the windows down & the keys in the ignition, why not take the car?My guess was that either the sunroof has been left open accidentally OR someone has opened it whilst it was parked up (seeing as the keys were in the ignition this wouldn't be hard).
I'm sure sunroof's have been stolen before, but find it difficult to see someone doing this in the open. If you wanted to do this and you had the opportunity (with the keys in the car!) surely you'd take the whole car to strip and sell for parts on ebay. Secondly, how far can you drive with the sunroof open, not realising it's open - not very far is my guess...

Maybe it was just in the vent position, and someone broke it off and threw it in a violent act of vandalizm? Give us more details on this wierdness.

I think we've been lead on a wild goose chase.
Besides, even if you're drunk or high on drugs, you can't possibly not notice that your sunroof is gone. I'm not speaking from experience, don't drink (underage) and don't get high on drugs.

why would someone leave there keys in the car with windows down???? Thats just like leaving your window down and havin your wallet just chillin the front seats with money sticking out.... dumb in my opinion

I Do It All The Time Windows Down Keys In It I Am Hopin Someone Will Steal It That Would Be Tight Cause Id Get Some Money And Wouldent Have To Deal With The Bit(h Anymore Im About To Get A 2003 Toyota With 35's Ill Go Threw Any Thing..but Untill Then I Want To Sell My Mb Soon And I Need New Hinges Paint Is Gettin Thrown On In A Few Weeks And Re Shavoin My Hatch Correctly Cause Right Now Its Half *** But I Dont Care Sut Yea I Need New Hinges Sunroof And Redo My Hatch Then Im Sellin It So Whats The Deal No 1 Is Selling A Sunroof ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????
