The 06 in my opinion sounds nicer than the 05!
The C55 has lots of power in my opinion, if you consider that to not have enough power, then it's hard to figure out what does. Besides, if you don't think the C55 has enough power then obviously the C230 would be less sufficient.
The C230 does drift, I can get oversteer all the time if I turn very hard at high speeds. As far as power drifting, I wouldn't know, I've never tried it.

If you wanna F around with a c230k first put it to dyno mode, then gain some speed, down shift and snap the wheel to the right/left and floor it.
Now if it's a slushtronic, it's a little bit harder...
