3Four... Century City Anyone Know Whose Car is This?

This car is always in the same parking structure as me and he also has USC Alumni license plate frames, but I never have seen the guy himself. (I'm at the Century Towers, a.k.a. Twin Towers in Century City.) The car is pretty damn niiiice, I was wondering if anyone knows the guy or has seen it around...

Even though the picture is kind of fuzzy, I don't see any front spoiler lip, unless of course it's a special invisible CF lip. Front lip spoilers are all the craze now LOL.

those are the blue-ish tint film? they have "head light tints" thats blue or yellow, or smoke.
