Is Supersprint selling an exhaust for the C230K Sportscoupe yet? I emailed them recently, but got no response. You would think they could get this to market fairly quickly, since they could use the same muffler from the SLK230 setup, which they have been manufacturing for years now, and just add new tube(s) to it.

Yes, sir!
But just want to point out that it wasn't my car in the pic that Lynn posted. My car doesn't look THAT silly (yet).
Two weeks from tomorrow is the Niagra meet. I'll post at least one pic from that - 200 crxes in one pic should be awesome. And just think how loud it would be!

Tommy, if the ref were going to call all offensive fouls on Shaq, then to be fair, they'd have to call all defensive fouls against him, too.
He is basically fouled every time he touches the ball. Just look at how people shove him, grab his arms, hold him, etc. every time. But the refs have to let defenders get away with that. Because if the refs called every foul against him, he'd get position and score every time. No one would be able to defend him (not that many can now anyways, esp. on the Nets - they have no answer for Shaq).
Shaq absorbs far more uncalled fouls against him than he give out, for sure.

No, after seeing that elbow to Collins' head in slow mo, I can't really say that the defenders get the best out of the deal.

CRX meet eh?
That sounds interesting. I had a 1990 CRX Si back in the early 90s with an Original Mugen body kit, Mugen MR5 rims, and mikuni carburetors. Too bad it's not around anymore. Those Mugen copy kits don't fit real well, and they don't make the original anymore (I think).

How does Shaq get that position? Let's see: he could reserve that space with the arena, he could ask for it, or he could push someone out of the way to get it (that would be called an offensive foul). I wonder which one he does?

Shaq does commit offensive fouls, too, and he is very often called for them. He is also wrongfully called for offensive fouls when people flop. Shaq doesn't have to commit offensive fouls - he is simply much quicker than most who have to defend him. He doesn't have to foul or go through anyone on NJ - he has the quickness to get around any of them (esp. that slug McCullough).
The rules simply cannot be strictly enforced in the NBA. BBall is supposedly a non-contact sport - yeah, right. So the best you can hope for is uniformity. Some contact is going to be allowed, you can just hope that the same things are allowed game to game.
I think it has been pretty consistent, except for the Lakers/Sac game 6. I must admit the calls sure did seem to fall the Lakers way in that one!

You'd be suprised just how far some people take their Honda's. Sure there are a lot of clowns out that that put RActive Garbage on their car, but there are also the people who spend big cash on their Honda's and end up with a fast car that looks good.
BTW, Black230Coupe, I'm glad you like your exhaust. It looks pretty good.

If you are going to go strictly by the book, Shaq is simply fouled far more than he fouls others. That is just a fact.

And he should start off every game with two fouls if he insists on wearing that dopey hat all of the time.
Lee - that's why I kept the crx. If I had a nickel for every time that I've talked to a previous owner who regrets selling theirs, I'd have at least $1.20! :p I do hope that you got a lot for the car - that Mugen crap is expensive as hell these days. I know a guy who has a first gen Mugen bodykit that he inported several years ago. Their stuff is really nice. And yes, I don't think that they make their stuff anymore, but knockoffs are everywhere!

HA, 2 of my friends have Ractive parts on there cars, one of them has a prelude with just a reactive muffler and a ractive intake and he thinks its just the same as all the other companies out there. he says a muffler is a muffler there all the same just an empty metal can. i totally disagree with him. (he is pretty stuipid). even though he ran a 15 flat at the track with just the two mods.

I bet his car sounds like *****, but he "likes it" because his pride clouds his judgement.

Re: Re: anyone have remus or eisenmann mufflers?
I have installed Remus exhaust for my car but somehow its too quite for my taste .... I mean with windows up I can hear the engine (supercharger whine mostly) noise louder than the Remus exhaust note at normal engine speed or WOT. But I guess its better quiet rather than too loud
