Eisenmann
I ordered the High Performance model which is the mid level exhaust. Sport is the lowest and Race is the top. Didn't get the race because on Eisenhaus.com it shows the race version being loud. I don't want a loud exhaust, just performance and low deep tone. There's specs on each exhaust and how much lighter and louder they get with race being the loudest and lightest.
My exhaust is delivering today! Can't wait to get it installed tomorrow. I'll post pics of before and after tomorrow. Eisenhaus said that I don't have to trim the bumper to allow space for the exhaust, but that I may want to because its a tight fit. I'll decide once it's installed.

Thanks for the update I think I am going to get the Eisenmann, but I cant decide which to get, I like noise, but not so loud that sounds like no muffler

ya, i doubt that they measure every single car too.
Mach430, from your experience, doesn eisenmann really provide that much performance gain?
can you use the same way they do on the web to stat how good their product is. (according to ur experience)
compare the sound and performancd gain:
sport
high performance
race

zhaoyi, the horsepower increase for a C230 from an aftermarket exhaust is small, 4 hp max. The stock exhaust is very good. Also keep in mind that hp gains from a more free flowing exhaust are usually offset by a loss of low and mid-range torque.
Most people change their mufflers to change to sound of their cars. Some also want to change the appearance of their cars. If I had a car with a 320 engine, I would be the first in line to buy the Eisenmann muffler. The sound is fantastic.

It may sound great, but I love the stock sound of the SLK320, so I would be more eager to change the muffler on a C320 or E320 than I would be on an SLK320.

Out Of Control!!
For the most part, there are only a few cars these days that still add noticeable power by changing the muffler. I only would recommend an exhaust for the Mercedes based on looks and sound preference.

I sell both, but really wouldn't recommend one over the other. The Eisenmann mufflers on average take 3-4 weeks to get in stock, while Kleemann mufflers may be more readily available.
This is a question that you should be asking yourselves. Look at the tipstyles on both and consider which you prefer. Then ask yourself what you are looking for in terms of sound level/style. Everyone has different tastes and opinions on what is and what is not, and I would hate to recommend to one person what I would not recommend to another. Most importantly, be sure to buy the muffler from me .
