Thanks a lot!! i am thinking of getting one but didnt know how it would look. i found a pix online, how come the exhaust come out pointing left?? is that the only brabus exhaust they have for w203??

Hi Everyone , i am trying to locate steve from netherlands, does anyone know which part of the world he currently is in?

I have his telephone number but its does not seem to respond!

Eisenmann 2x83 for 03 C230K sedan not a bolt on.....

Does anyone know if it is true that for a 2003 C230K sedan an Eisenmann 2x83 mm is not a bolt on exhaust?

I totally thought that it was a bolt on....

I already recieved it in the mail.....What should i do?

What do you mean by "bolt on", you have to cut the original exhaust one way or the other and weld the Eisenmann on. Its the same for all exhausts.

Not true my mazda had a bolt on exhausts and there was an after market that was bolt on also

From what I know, all eisenmann exhaust are direct bolt on replacements with no need to cut and weld the stock piping. I have one on my coupe and it just bolted on, I dont see how the sedan would be any different...

That's not true. The vast majority of their Mercedes Applications are cut and clamp installs

You are right, we had to cut the stock pipe then clamp or bolt on the eisenmann. All is well now and I will be posting pics soon.

if the original exhaust isnt bolt-on, theres no way to have a bolt-on aftermarket system....youre going to have to cut the stock exhaust pipe somewhere, even if you just want to clamp on the new one....its not a terribly big deal, it certainly doesnt prevent you from simply rewelding your stock exhaust back on later if you needed to...

ok some Qs about exhaust

front silencer = middle muffler???

is this right?

anywya i am planning to get the remus exhaust and their front silencer

just wondering if i will get any noticable performance gains? like aorund what HP/KW would i be expected to c ???

last thing

running the thing straight pipe without middle muffler or front silencer will the car sound like jap imports?

don't want loud exhaust but i want performance ??

so please help me guys thanks!!!
